Raftis & Raftis Ltd offers a fresh approach to home ownership in Cyprus with its unique focus on rural villas in the countryside, which are designed and built for a life in harmony with nature. Its philosophy is based on respect for nature, architectural values and an uncompromising attitude to quality. The company was recently established as part of the Raftis Group of Companies. The origin of the Group dates back to 1975 when S. Raftis Co Ltd was founded, being one of the first land development companies in Cyprus. In recent years the Group’s main focus has been hotel ownership and land investments and it is currently one of the largest landowners in Cyprus. In more than 30 years in business the Raftis family has established a sound reputation. The Raftis Group now comprises over 10 companies – including S. Raftis Co. Ltd, New Paphos Developments, Roman Hotels, and Raftis & Raftis Ltd.
